NAXALITES- A CURSE ON INDIA

One of the main problems that India facing today is how to overcome the Naxalites who are scattered among 450m of india's poorest people. States which are highly affected by naxal conflict are Jharkhand, Orissa, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh & West Bengal. This month alone the maoists or naxalites killed 24 policemen in West Bengal & 12 villagers in Bihar.

There are three main reasons why india not able to root out these Naxalites who are creating so much havoc in many districts are-

1. State level politics can play a pernicious role. As in West Bengal, The states main opposition Trinamul Congress party has meanwhile criticised the anti-naxalite operations. A state election is due next year &it may be looking for electoral support from the maoists of a kind that helped bring Jharkhand's ruling party to power last year.

2. The central government must share the blame. The strong leadership requires to mobilise the resources, public opinion & state government for a long & difficult campaign has been lacking.

3. The last obstacle is that no one is really sure how to deal with these Naxalites.

Now it's time for our government to take some heavely aggressive actions against these Naxalites before they came up from jungles to the districts. If our government still doesn't wake up then ultimaely in the near future they have to kill these Naxalites but at that time may be these Naxalites entered in between the common innocent people & when our government give orders to kill the Naxalites then many innocent people were also lost their lives. So our indian government must learn the lesson from the Srilanka & the LTTE issue in which several innocent people lost their lives. So i hope our government would wake up & will take certain measures for the security of it's innocent people who are daily lost their life by the attack of these Naxalites.
